80 acres of land, available at Industrial Park North, is given a seal of SiteOhio authentication by the state. The announcement was made at this week’s Bryan City Council meeting. What it means is sites on the property are ready for immediate development…it also ensures the site is free of incompatible uses, with no limitations or insurance liability based on surrounding property. The certification lasts three years. It’s hoped it will attract new or growing existing employers to the area.
