The Bryan Board of Public Affairs approves spending more on tree replacement efforts, following an aggressive line clearing and tree removal project this year. Bryan Municipal Utilities has donated money for the city Parks and Recreation Department’s tree replacement program for more than 25 years. The parks department requested $4,000.
