Fire investigators are at the scene of a trailer fire in Swanton. Crews were dispatched to the Arrowhead Lake mobile home park. When they got there, the blaze was well involved. They say no one was hurt in the fire. The Red Cross is helping out the displaced residents.

No one is hurt after a crash in Defiance, on West High Street, between a semi and car. An investigation is underway. The driver of the car, Jerry Gerken, is cited for failing to yield.

Former Deshler police chief, Ryan Bowersox is sentenced in a Henry County courtroom on drug charges. A search of his home last year netted anabolic steroids. Emergency officials tell reporters 911 calling systems were down for multiple northeast Indiana counties for almost an hour. About 300 calls were involved.
