One Apartment Destroyed In Blaze

Crews are called to a Marion St apartment fire in Deshler. When they got there, they found flames coming through the roof of one unit. One apartment is a total loss, with damage to a second unit as well. No injuries were reported. The fire remains under investigation.

The Pioneer Village Council approves a tax abatement for Reifel Industries that will help create 15 new jobs. Reifel is looking to invest around $6 million in its property on Ohio Street, with $2 million of that going to building improvements.
