Fulton County Judge, Jeffrey Robinson accepts the jury’s recommendation and sentences James Worley to death for murdering Sierah Joughin. Prior to the sentencing Worley, of rural Delta, addressed the court. He declared his innocence. Worley’s execution date is set for June 2019.
