Police say 19-year-old Grant Schneider was arrested Friday morning just before 2 a.m. after a neighbor complained about loud noises and crying coming from an apartment at Meadow Creek Apartments. A Hicksville woman is facing charges for identity fraud. 27-year-old April Shugars allegedly stole credit cards from a victim and used their personal information to obtain over $1,000. The indictment says the alleged crimes occurred between December and February.
