BCS employee receives recognition for dedication to school’s communications.

A Bryan City Schools employee received recognition for his dedication to the school’s communications.  The Ohio Association of School Business Officials Foundation for School Business Management recently presented the Callie Wells Award for Outstanding Communication to Chris Malanga, director of media communications at Bryan City Schools, at its 2026 Annual Conference and Expo in Columbus.  In addition to recognizing outstanding dedication to communication excellence, the award includes a $2,000 scholarship that will be awarded to a senior in high school.
