Bitten Woman Now Charged

A Fulton County woman who was hurt in a dog-bite incident last month has now been charged with criminal trespassing.

59 year old Susan Haddad was severely on Feb. 11 by three American bulldogs after she entered the house of William and Mary Stalder south of Swanton while they were not home.

She received bites to the face, neck, legs, and arms before being able to return to her own home, where her husband called 911.

Prosecutors say Ms. Haddad was trespassing at the time, and they also say her injuries were not considered when determining whether she should be charged.

The dogs owners will not face any charges.
