Boil Advisory Set In Payne

A boil water advisory is issued for the village of Payne. Mayor, Steve Wobler says the village had recently worked on the filter system at the water plant. An initial water sample came back clean and village officials are waiting for the results of a second sample, which are expected soon. Wobler says the advisory is just a precaution.
