A registered sex offender out of Michigan is arrested in Hicksville. Defiance County deputies brought in Joshua Brown on a felony warrant from Hillsdale County, for failing to register as a sex offender. Brown was arrested at a Fountain Street residence. He was taken into custody without incident. Brown is charged with being a fugitive from justice from Michigan.
