Bryan City Schools held a groundbreaking ceremony Monday for the district’s expansion project, which will create a career technical center and additional athletic facilities. The project to expand the campus is estimated at $6 million. Among those attending were Gov. Mike DeWine, Lt. Gov. Jim Tressel and Rep. James Hoops.
