Bryan City Council Monday night passed an ordinance amending the city ordinance concerning firearms being discharged within the city. The amendment adds that no person shall discharge any rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol, firearm or black powder weapons within the city limits. The ordinance exempts a properly licensed indoor or outdoor facility dedicated for commercial or non-profit purposes as a firing range or gun club.
