Bryan man accused of stabbing pleads not guilty by reason of insanity.

A Bryan man accused of stabbing his brother pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity recently in Williams County Common Pleas Court. 20 year old Rowan Seidman, was indicted last month on charges of attempted murder, felonious assault and felonious assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was previously set at $500,000. Seidman also requested the matter be referred to the Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center to conduct a psychiatric evaluation.
