We now know the victim of that workplace accident in DeKalb County. Officials confirm Josh Lucas, of Bryan died at the Heidtman Steel plant on County Road 59, near Butler. We reported Lucas was pinned, between two rolls of steel. Butler Police and firefighters responded with Indiana State Police. Lucas died at the scene. OSHA is investigating.
