On Tuesday afternoon around 3:30, Bryan Police arrested 29 year old Kurt Andrews of Bryan on a bench warrant from Bryan Municipal Court that the Williams County Sheriff’s Department held.
Andrews was turned over to the sheriff’s department and then taken to CCNO.
