Bryan Police collared a Bryan man for having an open container and OVI. 26 year old Derek Hartsock of CR F, Bryan was arrested, and then he was released on his own recognizance. Bryan Police also charged 25 year old Matthew Coker of Bryan with OVI. He too was released on his own recognizance, after processing.
