Bryan Police say on Tuesday afternoon around 5:43, they arrested 23 year old Joshua E. Yates of Bryan on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court for failing to appear for sentencing. Yates was taken to CCNO.
On Saturday around 6:40 PM, Wendy J. Jones of Bryan, was picked up by Bryan Police who arrested her for OVI. After processing, Jones was released.
