A young man who listed no permanent address when he was arrested by Bryan Police, now has one. 19 year old Kyle Finch was arrested by Bryan Police on Tuesday afternoon, just before 1PM, on a bench warrant that had been issued by Bryan Municipal Court. His address, although most likely not permanent, is for the time being anyway, The Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
