Bryan Police Report Listed

Bryan Police report the arrest on Mon­day of a Bryan man. Police say they pulled over 35 year old Corey Perez of East Perry Street in Bryan and then charged him with OVI, vio­la­tion of the open con­tainer law, and fail­ure to con­trol his vehi­cle.

Perez is free for now… he was released on his own recog­ni­zance, but he will be in court soon to face those charges.
