Bryan Police report the arrest of a Bryan woman on Thursday. 33 year old Rachel Willitzer of Buffalo Road in Bryan was charged yesterday with disorderly conduct and with resisting arrest. She was taken to CCNO. No word from police on what exactly was behind the incident that lead up to the arrest of Willitzer.
