Bryan School Board Learns Of HVAC

The Bryan City Board of Edu­ca­tion met in a spe­cial ses­sion Mon­day. The meet­ing was held at Bard Man­u­fac­tur­ing, where Bard gave the board a pre­sen­ta­tion about HVAC sys­tems, along with a tour of the plant.

Although the school board has not yet com­mit­ted to an HVAC ser­vice provider or plan for the new planned build­ing, board mem­bers are try­ing to learn as much as pos­si­ble about all the dif­fer­ent facets in order to make bet­ter informed deci­sions when that time arrives.

Bryan City Schools is plan­ning the con­struc­tion of a new grade six to 12 build­ing, plus a project involv­ing the ren­o­va­tion of the exist­ing mid­dle school to house preschool through grade five students.
