Bryan School Nix Land Offer

Officials say Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers approached the Bryan School District with a $500,000 offer for the former Bryan High School property on S. Portland St. It was appraised for half that. School district officials decline the offer. Other plans are set for the plot of land.
