Carolyn A. Haley, 65 years, of Bowling Green, passed away Wednesday January 7, 2015 at Bowling Green Manor. She was born on May 21, 1949 in Decatur, Indiana to the late Marion and Waneta (Pauains) Geeting. Carolyn was a machine operator at Trim Trends for 30 years until her retirement in 2010. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, going shopping, going to the movies, and quilting.
Surviving are her two sons, Robert (LaShaunda) Haley III of Bowling Green, Ohio, David (Lillian) Haley of Franklin, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Christian and Ethan Haley both of Franklin, Tennessee, Kaitlyn Haley of Bowling Green, Ohio; her significant other, John Stark of Bowling Green, Ohio; Two sisters, Linda (Lynn) Drager of Decatur, Indiana and Sharon (Max) Sheets of Decatur, Indiana. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Michael and Buddy Geeting.
Visitation for Carolyn A. Haley will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. in the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan, Ohio, where funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 10, 2015 in the funeral home with Pastor Larry Snavely officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Blakeslee.
