The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports 16 people lost their lives in 15 traffic crashes during the holiday reporting period, from last Friday to Monday. Impairment is a factor in at least five of those accidents. Troopers made 536 arrests for impaired driving…and 368 on drug-related charges.
