State troopers are investigating a fatal crash near West Unity. Joseph Baldwin was northbound on County Road 17, north of County Road K, when his vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, hitting a tree. Baldwin was pronounced dead at the scene by Williams County emergency personnel.
