Criminal charges are filed against Dominique Effinger for the Lake Gage boat crash back on July 15. Those charges include Operating a Motorboat While Intoxicated. Effinger and several of her passengers were ejected from the motorboat. Several of them suffered injuries, including one who suffered a fractured skull.

Bradley Gillespie will remain in jail, and his appeal of his double-murder conviction has been denied. The Third District Court of Appeals upheld Gillespie’s conviction in the February 2016 murders of Hannah Fischer and Frank Tracy Jr. Gillespie was found guilty by a Paulding County Court in October of 2016.
