Bryan City Schools makes the buy for two new buses. They will soon be added to the fleet. The board approved the purchase of two 78-passenger buses from Rush Truck Center for $87,320 each.

Montpelier residents will see a small income tax renewal on their ballots in May. The Village Council passed the third reading of it now. The tax has been in place for the past 20 years, and helps fund the sewer separation process, which is mandated by the state.

Wauseon Police arrest a Chicago man after a high-speed chase on the Ohio Turnpike. Everardo Diaz was pulled over and brought in at mile marker 28. Diaz was cited with driving under suspension and possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Lucas County Jail.
