NW Ohio unemployment rates for November.

Unemployment rates in Defiance-area counties in November were all 4.2% or lower, according to figures from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS). The lowest area county remained Putnam at 3.1% followed by Williams County at 3.9%. The other four counties were at 4% or slightly higher.
