Charges against a Toledo man accused of kicking an infant in the head have been upgraded after the child was taken off life support Wednesday. According to Toledo Police, Lawrence Lambert, 24, of Toledo, is now facing a murder charge in the death of his 5-month-old baby, Legend Lambert. Lawrence Lambert “admitted that he intentionally kicked the victim in the head because he was frustrated,” court records allege.
