Charles Lynn Bryan, Sr., age 82, of Wauseon, Ohio passed away May 11, 2018 in Fulton County Health Center, Wauseon, Ohio. He was born January 20, 1936 in Metamora, Ohio to the late Clyde and Allie (Jennings) Bryan. He married Mary Lou Bryan on July 22, 1989 and she preceded him in death on November 10, 2013. Charles was a Truck Driver from 1962-1995, employed by the Teamster’s, Carolina Freight and Dundee. He was a Marine veteran and was a member of the Wauseon American Legion. He enjoyed garage sales.
Survivors include his children, Joe Bryan (Connie), Peg Curry (Jim), Rick Bryan, Kathy Durrett, (Al) and Charlie Bryan, Jr. (Jenny). 12 grandchildren. 16 great-grandchildren. 1 great-great-grandchild. Brothers, Earl Bryan (Joyce), and Jean Bryan (Romaine).
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter, Dawn Burkholder, and a brother, James Bryan.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2018 in Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, Wauseon, Ohio. Rev. Donald Krieger will officiate. Interment will follow in Dutch Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call for a time of visitation with the family, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to Ai Alumni Assn.
