Commerical building permits up in Bryan in 2015

More com­pa­nies are look­ing to build and expand in Bryan. The city zon­ing office says there have been a dozen com­mer­cial build­ing per­mits received and approved so far this year. There were just nine in all of last year. The biggest to date, says the Bryan Times, is the ren­o­va­tion of Health Part­ners of West­ern Ohio at 228 South Main Street val­ued at just over a mil­loin dollars.
