CONSENT JUDGMENT REACHED IN RURALOGIC CASE

A con­sent judg­ment has been approved in Henry County Com­mon Pleas Court involv­ing Ruralogic Inc.

Henry County com­mis­sion­ers have been granted a judg­ment of $182,528 plus approx­i­mately $2,715 in inter­est to be paid by the Bryan-based Ruralogic. Ruralogic offi­cials agreed to make $5,000 monthly pay­ments on the judg­ment, which became part of the court order.
