A woman, who became lightheaded while driving, is injured after her vehicle hits a cement barrier on Interstate 69, near Auburn. Janey Pulfer, of Richwood was driving south, near mile marker 329, when she hit the barrier coming around a curve. The impact sent her vehicle across the interstate and into the median guard rail. Pulfer was taken to Parkview Regional.
