Crash Saturday leaves pedestrian hurt after being hit by semi on Indiana Toll Road.

The Indiana State Police Department is investigating a crash that leaves a pedestrian seriously hurt after being hit by a semi Saturday evening on the Indiana Toll Road in Steuben County. Troopers responded to the eastbound lanes of I-80, a few miles east of the Angola exit. Officers find the man lying in a grass median with a semi-tanker and disabled car along the shoulder in serious condition at this hour. The victim is identified as 22-year-old Jack Holdren of Williamsburg, Virginia. A preliminary investigation shows Holdren was changing a flat tire when his dog walked into the roadway.
