Culver Gets 10

David Culver…the former Bryan resident…is sentenced for trying to plot the murder of a Williams County Job & Family Services employee. He gets ten years in prison. Culver pled guilty in November 2019 to one count of use of interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder for hire. He was arrested by FBI agents at the McDonald’s in Bryan while he was trying to make payment related to the proposed hit. Since pleading guilty, Culver has filed lawsuits against Bryan Police, CCNO…and Williams County, alleging harassment and other types of mistreatment and misconduct. He is seeking $5 million dollars from the police…$25 million from the jail…and $250,000 dollars from the county.
