Daryl Vollmar, 58

Daryl Lee Vollmar, age 58, of Nettle Lake, died on Friday, September 18, 2015, at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo. Daryl was a collector of Harley-Davidson and NASCAR items and was a proud member of AA, with 18 months being clean and sober.

Daryl Lee Vollmar was born on June 20, 1957, in Bowling Green, Ohio, the son of Merlin and Kay (Kline) Vollmar. He married Melody A. Snider on February 28, 1981 in Neapolis, Ohio and she survives.

Daryl is also survived by his son, Joshua (Amanda Miller) Vollmar; grandchildren, Collan, Baylee, Nevaeh, Alyssa, Kayleigh and Jarred and brothers, Kevin Vollmar, of Haskins, Ohio and Milton (Theresa) Vollmar, of Neapolis. He was preceded in death by his parents and a special aunt, Karen Allman.

A celebration of Daryl’s life will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 12:00-6:00 P.M. at the Northwest Township building (formerly the Cooney School) at the corner of State Route 49 and County Road P.50. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio.

Memorials in the name of Daryl Lee Vollmar are requested to the American Cancer Society.
