Debate Continues

Napoleon City Schools continues to proceed toward litigation against an organization which has been attempting to renovate a former school building into a cultural center…and the City of Napoleon will be assisting the school district in paying for legal fees. In November, the Napoleon Board of Education unanimously authorized Superintendent Dr. Erik Belcher to initiate litigation against the Cultural Center Of Henry County…for breach of contract. Belcher reported in December that action would be proceeding.
