Defiance man faces charges for scamming property owners.

A Defiance man who ran a construction business that allegedly scammed property owners in multiple counties faces a number of felony indictments and civil lawsuits. 27 year old Joseph Schlosser is charged with felonies in Fulton, Henry and Paulding counties. He also was the subject of two civil lawsuits in Defiance County, which have been resolved, as well as separate ones in Fulton County, naming him and his business, Building With Faith Construction, LLC.
