Dennis L. Huner, 63 years, of West Unity, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at his home in West Unity. Dennis was born December 20, 1953 in Wauseon, Ohio, the son of Henry and Irene (Arps) Huner. He was a 1972 graduate of Archbold High School. He worked for his family Jewelry Store, Huner Jewelers in Archbold. He later worked as a Security Guard. Dennis enjoyed being outdoors, hiking, taking photographs and camping.
Surviving is his daughter, Kim (Nick Johnson) Gaoiran of Stryker; five grandchildren, Hannah, Orion, Aidden, Ellie and Noah; his father, Henry (Dorothy) Huner of Bryan; one sister, Debbie (John) Starr of Bolivia, North Carolina, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene.
There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life Gathering for Dennis Huner will be held later. Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, West Unity.
