Developers Hear Complaints

An attempt to create a subdivision in Edgerton meets opposition. Officials were at Monday’s meeting of the Edgerton Village Planning Commission to discuss a new subdivision. However, some residents and landowners in the area were there and expressed concerns with the plans. Issues included a plan to use some plots for a retention pond, that’s against the rules of the local Homeowners Association. Others had issues with the sizes of the lots and the distance from Ohio 49. The commission says they will revisit those issues later.
