Donald L. Nicolen, 83, of Montpelier passed away Wednesday afternoon at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan. He is survived by his wife Theresa M. Nicolen. Pending funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Thompson Funeral Home in Montpelier.
