Dorothy L. Stark, age 72, of Edgerton, Ohio, passed away at 12:25 A.M. on Monday, December 5, 2022, in her home, surrounded by her family, after a brief illness. Mrs. Stark was a 1969 graduate of North Side High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and had been employed by CVS Pharmacy in Butler, Indiana, retiring with thirty years of service. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Edgerton. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling and taking care of the grandkids.
Dorothy L. Stark was born on November 16, 1950, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of Raleigh and Opal (Hatton) Landsaw. She married Donald Sark on July 12, 1975, in Edgerton and he survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are one son, Luke Stark, of Auburn, Indiana; one daughter, Ashley (Chris Neeley) Patton, of Edgerton; three grandchildren, Grayson Patton, Adalyn Neeley, and Louie Neeley; and her siblings, Nancy Fancil, of Fort Wayne, Barbara (James) Proffitt, of Harlan, Indiana, Vicki Sue (Bill) Settles, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, Butch (Shelley) Landsaw, of Fort Wayne, Lisa (Nathan) Ward, of Angola, Indiana, Bob (Missy) Landsaw, Timothy Landsaw, Debra Landsaw, and Jackie (Dave) Landsaw, all of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Joshua Steven Stark; one brother, Tommy Collins; and one sister, Patsy Patterson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, from 3:00-7:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton. Services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in St. Mary Catholic Church with Reverend Daniel Borgelt officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Edgerton.
