Dorotha J. Stephenson, age 77, of Perrysburg and formerly of Hemut, California died Thursday July 3, 2014 at Kingston Care Center in Perrysburg. Prior to her retirement she had been a Waitress for many years.
Dorotha was born in Toledo on July 26, 1935 the daughter of the late Earl and the late Lenora Zeigler. She was a member of the St. Mark Lutheran Church in Chula Vista, CA. She enjoyed crafting and bowling and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Surviving are her children; Debbie Swank of Wauseon, Doug Stephenson of San Diego, CA, and Kathy Stephenson of Lake Wylie, SC. Also surviving are grand-daughters Stacy and Stephanie Swank, brother Jack (Joanne) Zeigler and Sister-in-Law Maria Zeigler.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00pm Friday July 4, 2014 at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Mark Lutheran Church, 580 Hilltop Dr. Chula Vista, CA 91910. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.GrisierFH.com.
