Drug Arrests At Big Turkey Lake

Two peo­ple, includ­ing a woman who was wanted in Steuben County, have been arrested fol­low­ing an inci­dent at the Big Turkey Lake pub­lic access site. 26-year-old Jamie Prater of Orland was found stand­ing next to a pickup truck, allegedly involved in a drug trans­ac­tion. Prater was taken into cus­tody, and locked up in the LaGrange County Jail on war­rants for res­i­den­tial entry and fail­ure to appear in court for a charge of non-support of a depen­dent. Also caught… 46-year-old Corinn Osborn of Lagrange, who was also jailed on charges of pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana and para­pher­na­lia. Prater it was later learned, also had a war­rant out of Steuben Supe­rior Court since March 9th when she failed to appear for a pre-trial con­fer­ence on charges of pos­ses­sion of metham­phet­a­mine and pos­ses­sion of paraphernalia.
