Drug Raid Nets Two In Defiance

A raid at a Defi­ance home turned up sev­eral meth labs and resulted in the arrests of two peo­ple ear­lier this week.

The Defi­ance County Sheriff’s Depart­ment says that on Mon­day, the Multi Area Nar­cotics Task Force searched a home on Defi­ance Cross­ing and found sev­eral one-pot meth labs.

38 year old Angela Garia and 35 year old Harold Gunn were both charged with man­u­fac­tur­ing meth in the pres­ence of chil­dren and child endan­ger­ment.

The arrests of the two comes after a lengthy and ongo­ing inves­ti­ga­tion into ille­gal drug activ­ity at that home in Defiance.
