Earl E. Cogswell, 92 of Montpelier passed away early Saturday morning, October 11, 2014 at Parkview Nursing Center in Edgerton. He was born June 30, 1922 in Williams County, Ohio to William and Zelma (Allion) Cogswell. He is survived by four brothers. As Mr. Cogswell requested, there will be no services held.
