The Maumee Valley Planning Organization in Defiance is updating the region’s comprehensive economic development strategy…covering Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding and Williams counties, with public participation encouraged. The counties’ economic development offices are all working with the MVPO to update the strategy focused on retaining workforce, supporting key infrastructure improvements and marketing the region as a place to live, work and visit. Officials urge area residents to get involved. The survey is open until Aug. 26.
