The Edgerton school board approves multiple contracts for its staff for the upcoming school year during a special board meeting. Gary Plotts was approved for one-year contracts as a district substitute teacher and full-time bus route driver. The substitute teacher contract is for 180 days with three personal days and two sick days from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at a rate of $17 per hour. The bus route position is a three-hour shift per day at a rate of $23.33 per hour. Dave Shufelt was approved as the 11 a.m. bus driver for the preschool/primary kindergarten route for 1.5 hours a day. Supplemental contracts were approved for Clayton Flegal…for Jr. High football coach…and Zachary Hines…as marching band advisor, prep band advisor.
