The Edon Northwest Local School District is projected to see its cash balance drop by more than $4 million over the next five years, according to its recently submitted five-year financial forecast. The report, prepared by Treasurer and CFO Deborah Nester, shows expenditures continuing to grow faster than revenues through 2030, a trend that could leave the district with a $1.5 million shortfall by the end of the forecast period.
