Edythe Marie Welling, age 94, formerly of Bryan, Ohio, passed away at 4:20 P.M. on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Park Place Assisted Living in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she was a resident.
Edythe Marie Welling was born on January 8, 1923, in Dundee, Michigan, the daughter of Myrland S. and Elsie (Martin) Welling. She married Richard Welling in 1945 in Bryan and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Richard S. (Bernadette) Welling, of Fort Wayne; one daughter, Gwen Welling, of Fort Wayne; two granddaughters, Andrea (Stacy) Hilaski, of Fort Wayne, and Melissa (Zach) Weber, of Fishers, Indiana; five great-granddaughters, Madalyn, Isabelle, Olivia and Audrey Hilaski, and C.J. Weber; and one great-grandson, Grayson Weber. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Benjamin Welling; two sisters, Lucille Davis and Marilyn Fry; and three brothers, Myrland, Robert and Mylo Gray.
Services will be private and interment will take place in Floral Grove Cemetery, Pioneer, Ohio.
There will be no visitation.
